Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze clippings and reports produced by the agency;
- Manage and organize briefings received from other departments;
- Review and edit press releases and other corporate texts;
- Plan and organize activity schedules;
- Update and monitor content in the press room;
- Draft and support the production of institutional texts as a ghostwriter;
- Support and coordinate responses to press requests, including crisis management, in partnership with external PR advisors/agencies;
- Perform and support daily operational tasks for the department;
- Manage organic influencer campaigns;
- Act as the day-to-day liaison with the PR agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
- Experience at a press office/PR agency or in a PR department within a company.
- Knowledge of press office/PR activities such as press releases, journalist and influencer mailings, reporting, media briefings, and clipping/news analysis.
- Excellent writing skills and strong ability to edit and produce texts.
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
