Responsibilities
Analyze data and indicators related to student behavior and journey, identifying opportunities to improve communication with the student base;
Translate marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives into communications that are also relevant to active students;
Propose ideas, actions and communication projects focused on student engagement, relationship building and student experience;
Plan student-targeted communications, defining objectives, messages, formats, channels and audiences for each action;
Suggest new formats, channels and communication approaches to increase the impact of messages among students;
Structure the communication flow with students, initiating sending requests and coordinating with the teams responsible for database activation and message deployment;
Request, follow up on and ensure the execution of communications across different channels (email, CRM, notifications, among others), ensuring implementation of planned actions;
Monitor the results of communications and produce analyses and reports with insights to optimize future actions;
Work together with marketing, student experience, academic and other teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communication with this audience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields;
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation;
Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt language for different audiences;
Interest in consumer behavior, student experience and communication strategies;
Familiarity with data analysis and communication metrics;
Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation or communication platforms;
Experience in the education sector.
