About the role

  • Marketing Analyst focusing on brand communication at YDUQS. Collaborating on projects to enhance student engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and indicators related to student behavior and journey, identifying opportunities to improve communication with the student base;
  • Translate marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives into communications that are also relevant to active students;
  • Propose ideas, actions and communication projects focused on student engagement, relationship building and student experience;
  • Plan student-targeted communications, defining objectives, messages, formats, channels and audiences for each action;
  • Suggest new formats, channels and communication approaches to increase the impact of messages among students;
  • Structure the communication flow with students, initiating sending requests and coordinating with the teams responsible for database activation and message deployment;
  • Request, follow up on and ensure the execution of communications across different channels (email, CRM, notifications, among others), ensuring implementation of planned actions;
  • Monitor the results of communications and produce analyses and reports with insights to optimize future actions;
  • Work together with marketing, student experience, academic and other teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communication with this audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation;
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt language for different audiences;
  • Interest in consumer behavior, student experience and communication strategies;
  • Familiarity with data analysis and communication metrics;
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation or communication platforms;
  • Experience in the education sector.
