Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding patient care

Establishes, maintains, and expands relationships with referral sources.

Identifies and resolves service issues with emphasis on patient and referral-source satisfaction.
Requirements
High school Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years healthcare marketing experience (Home Health strongly preferred).
