About the role

  • Local Marketing Manager responsible for executing iLOQ’s marketing strategy across key European markets. Focusing on regional growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the global and regional roadmap of growth activities (online and onsite), including country-specific initiatives
  • Own the content strategy and distribution model, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
  • Localize and optimize marketing and communication initiatives, including automation programs and paid media
  • Create reference cases (videos, interviews, web content) to showcase success stories and drive credibility
  • Act as a Microsoft Dynamics key user for the region; manage lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline support
  • Support CRM integration and ensure data quality between marketing and sales systems
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Drive additional digital initiatives (e.g., email marketing, marketing automation, and content activation) to support regional growth
  • Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Drive engagement with both end customers and partners through impactful event experiences
  • Lead local search strategy, including SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), keyword optimization, and industry terminology tracking
  • Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels
  • Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines
  • Support regional brand initiatives and strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-tech or related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress)
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Google)
  • Proven ability to localize global strategies and drive regional execution
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in German & English is required.
