About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline), ensuring delivery and performance.
  • Generate and qualify digital marketing demand with the partner agency, focusing on leads that match the ICP and contribute to revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion, ROI), proposing continuous improvements with the digital marketing agency.
  • Oversee marketing channels (social media, email, paid media, website, and content).
  • Plan campaigns, coordinating creative and content requests and deadlines with the internal communications team and the digital marketing agency.
  • Work closely with SDRs and sales to ensure alignment of messaging, offers, and strategy.
  • Structure and optimize the marketing funnel and acquisition journeys.
  • Manage vendors and agencies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency in deliverables.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and acquisition experiments.
  • Ensure consistent communication and strengthen the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Organize, monitor, and report results and learnings to the team and leadership.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage vendors and ensure alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, META, and automation tools are valued.
