Marketing Analyst managing internal and external communications while executing campaigns at Krypton BPO. Overseeing production materials and maintaining brand identity through marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Manage requests according to Strategic Planning: Prioritize and monitor daily activities aligned with the company's internal and external communication objectives, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries.
Liaise with the agency for production of materials: Track delivery schedules, review assets, request adjustments, and ensure all creatives comply with Krypton BPO's visual identity.
Create internal campaign planning: Define themes, action timelines, communication channels and required resources (promotional items, designs, content, etc.).
Create monthly announcement planning: Organize routine announcements and coordinate them with other occasional communications.
Manage inventory of recurring promotional items used by the company (internal and external): Request replenishment, organize storage and look for new suppliers that meet the expected quality.
Meetings with the agency to define productions: Align campaign briefs, approve schedules, propose new ideas and monitor the progress of the creatives.
Develop and execute internal marketing and events: Monitor execution, assign support tasks, carry out the action and evaluate results.
Oversee production of promotional items for internal campaigns: Find suppliers, obtain quotes, ensure correct customization, delivery deadlines and material quality.
Maintain RD Station: Update content, review active flows, segment the database, monitor performance metrics and perform A/B tests.
Create new announcements: Write copy and design assets aligned with stakeholders' expectations, prepare the email recipient lists and coordinate with other communications.
Promote recycling initiatives: Record the collection of recyclable items and publicize the initiative both internally and externally. Disseminate results when a certificate is issued.
UCK maintenance and organization: Update and organize available content related to HR and Compliance training, ensuring materials are accessible and properly categorized. Add new training as requested, perform functionality tests and correct any navigation or access issues. This also includes supporting the creation of new courses and liaising with the responsible departments to keep content aligned with organizational needs.
Support with uniforms: Assist the HR Unit with the layout/design of new uniforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with design tools – experience using software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Camtasia and Clipchamp for developing graphic and audiovisual assets.
Expertise in email marketing automation – experience with platforms like RD Station, Mailchimp and other tools for sending segmented campaigns and automated flows.
Social media management – experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Google.
Application of Artificial Intelligence tools – strategic use of AI solutions to optimize marketing tasks, such as content generation, data analysis and asset creation.
Knowledge of WordPress – administration and updating of the corporate website and blog.
