Responsibilities
Own events end-to-end, from initial brief and planning to execution and post-event debrief.
Plan and coordinate external activations including trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
Build and grow Lexroom’s social media community through consistent, engaging content and a qualified database.
Collaborate with HQ on marketing campaigns, adapting messaging, claims, and landing pages by campaign and geography.
Analyze campaign and event performance across channels, regions, and creatives, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
Define clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs in collaboration with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
Coordinate with communications teams on event promotion, newsletters, and social content before and after activations.
Track results and collect feedback to continuously improve events and campaigns.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a Saas or Fast Growing Startup
Strong creative and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
Language Mastery: Native-level (or C2) German and fluent English. Precision in legal-adjacent communication is key.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella).
