Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a pipeline of new business in DuPont’s specialty Silicone additive masterbatch and TPE/TPO thermoplastic compound product lines
Collaborate with Marketing and Channel partners to identify prospective customers in strategic and tactical segments
Identify and engage constructively with key external decision makers and influencers
Manage and grow existing customers
Develop Account Plans to identify account-specific opportunity and gain cross-functional alignment on strategy and actions
Requirements
5-10 years of demonstrated commercial &/or business development success in polymer compounds and specialty additives
BS degree in business or engineering
Proven track record in getting results by exercising sales excellence & best practices
Self-starter, independent achiever and highly motivated
Demonstrable ability to “open doors”, network effectively across levels and functions, develop relationships and identify customer needs
Solid commercial negotiation skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Familiarity and proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce
