Responsibilities
First point of contact for qualifying new leads
Promptly contact new leads by phone or email
Convert leads into new customers
Process leads from various sources, including offline events, trade shows, digital campaigns and other channels
Adhere to specific quality standards and represent the Engel & Völkers brand
Requirements
Some professional experience in a sales-related position, in lead qualification or a comparable role
Ideally, practical experience in a call center environment and working with CRM systems
Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify and implement best practices
Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus
