About the role

Responsibilities
- You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
- You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer meetings (online & by phone)
- You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
- You ensure smooth back-office operations — from CRM maintenance to preparing quotes
- You provide administrative support to existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
- You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
- Some experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
- You enjoy organizing and keep track of appointments and processes
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems such as HubSpot)
- Friendly, organized and reliable work style
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- No technical expertise required — we provide thorough onboarding!
- Optional: Experience in the automotive industry or a software environment
