Requirements

- 8-10 yıl arasında ilerleyen HR deneyimi, en az 3 yıl liderlik veya HR İş Ortağı pozisyonunda
- Türk iş hukuku hakkında sağlam bilgi ve işçi/ sendikal ilişkiler deneyimi
- HR süreçleri, değişim inisiyatifleri ve iş gücü gelişimi konusunda kanıtlanmış bir geçmiş
- Uluslararası bir matris organizasyonda çalışma deneyimi tercih edilir
- Türkçe ve İngilizceye hakim (hem yazılı hem sözlü)
