Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
