About the role

  • Training Analyst specializing in employee development at M. Dias Branco, a leading Brazilian food company. Focused on corporate training and capacity building initiatives across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage training needs assessments (TNA) in collaboration with technical areas and responsible leaders;
  • Serve as the focal point for technical, behavioral and onboarding training programs according to the Corporate University guidelines;
  • Provide support to BPs (Business Partners) in developing content, instructional materials and learning paths;
  • Deliver corporate, behavioral and onboarding training;
  • Monitor and conduct training evaluations for reaction, learning and effectiveness;
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) platforms;
  • Ensure training records and documentation are maintained, including evaluations of delivered trainings;
  • Monitor L&D (Learning & Development) metrics;
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or related areas;
  • Knowledge of andragogy and active learning methodologies;
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools;
  • Experience with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
