About the role
- HR Consultant supporting diverse clients with temporary HR and payroll tasks, analyzing processes and optimizing HR operations using AFAS software.
Responsibilities
- HR-werkzaamheden uitvoeren voor één of verschillende bestaande of nieuwe klanten
- Analyseer processen en zie waar deze geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden
- HR advies geven als de opdracht(gever) hierom vraagt
- De consultants van Buro Payroll ondersteunen klanten uit diverse branches tijdelijk op het gebied van HR en salarisadministratie
- Ondersteunen van de HR-afdeling tijdelijk bij uiteenlopende opdrachten
- Procesoptimalisaties in AFAS tot aan adviseren over HR-specifieke vraagstukken en deelnemen aan HR-projecten
Requirements
- Minimaal 1-7 jaar werkervaring op een HR-afdeling (afhankelijk van junior, medior of senior consultant rol)
- MBO+ of HBO diploma bij voorkeur HRM
- Stressbestendigheid en doorzettingsvermogen
- Pro-activiteit en aanpassingsvermogen
- Je weet van aanpakken en kunt snel schakelen
- Je werkt secuur en nauwkeurig
- Je kunt structuur aanbrengen in je werk en prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent communicatief sterk; je kan goed luisteren en doorvragen
- Kennis van AFAS is een grote pré!
