About the role

  • HRBP advising and supporting HR policies for 130 collaborators in a Cloud and DevOps environment at Alter Way. Focus on organizational management, talent retention, and performance appraisals in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support managers and senior leadership on all HR-related issues and topics: organization, performance management, change management, employee retention, skills development, etc.
  • Oversee HR administrative management with the support of 2 HR assistants.
  • Lead and manage recruitment activities and the Recruitment team (2 people).
  • Drive and deploy the HR roadmap: annual performance review campaigns, Talent Reviews, salary increase processes, and the definition of objectives & variable compensation.
  • Manage the training plan: identifying needs and overseeing deployment.

Requirements

  • You have 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an IT services company (ESN) or in an organization governed by the Syntec collective agreement.
  • Experience in managerial support as well as in engaging with and facilitating the Works Council (CSE).
