Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement and retention that supports business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of human resource strategies
  • Lead change management efforts related to growth, restructuring, or operational shifts
  • Provide strategic direction and governance for benefits and compensation programs
  • Consult and advise leadership on complex HR and employee relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws
  • Lead Talent Management programs to promote performance management and succession planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits design, and employment law
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
  • HR certification preferred
  • 15 + years of progressive and strategic HR leadership
