Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA markets.
Collaborate with planning and creative teams to build integrated campaign strategies tailored to regional and country-level requirements.
Manage multi-channel activations including offline/online media, social media, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
Adapt and articulate product positioning and messaging for local audiences and cultural nuances.
Work with internal teams to align campaign outcomes to KPIs linked to brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, regional leads) and external partners (OEMs, ODMs, retailers, agencies).
Support co-marketing initiatives with retail and channel partners, amplifying direct-to-consumer plans.
Drive alignment across teams, budgets, and timelines to deliver seamless execution.
Work with planning to analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain and optimise marketing reporting, tracking KPIs such as share of voice, brand preference, digital engagement, and demand contribution.
Report on campaign performance against pipeline influence and revenue attribution metrics.
Alongside planning teams, provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign ROI and business impact.
Manage campaign budget allocations and financial tracking.
Requirements
Proven experience in consumer marketing campaign management ideally within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics.
Strong background in multi-channel marketing and digital-first strategies.
Experience driving both brand awareness and measurable demand/revenue impact.
Ability to adapt campaigns for regional/local market requirements across EMEA.
Hands-on experience with budget management, agency oversight, and media activations.
Knowledge of gaming, PC hardware, or enthusiast markets preferred.
Ideal Backgrounds: Consumer Campaign Manager, Retail Marketing Lead, or Brand Manager in gaming, PC, tech, or consumer electronics.
Experience delivering integrated consumer campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
Exposure to gaming-focused initiatives, retail co-marketing, and influencer/media-driven activations.
