Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for ERP transformations, including SAP implementations focused on order management, billings, and rebates.
- Analyse complex business challenges and translate them into clear business requirements and technical solutions.
- Review and approve system configuration, testing, security, integration, and user acceptance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirement, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage change impacts.
- Develop and validate test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and process alignment.
- Collaborate with the cutover planning and execution team to ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration cycles.
- Deliver Hypercare post-implementation support, resolving issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
- Partner with IT team in developing B2B integration solutions and mapping documents for SAP sales orders, delivery, and billings.
Requirements
- Associate or higher degree in Administration, Supply Chain, or Management, or related field
- 3+ years of expertise with/in: SAP end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including Order, Delivery, Billing, Accounts Receivables, and Intercompany
- SAP Sales and Distribution, Order, Tax, Pricing, Billing, and Output functionality
- Implementing global and local sales tax, VAT, and GST requirements on Order-to-Cash transactions
- SAP Sales and Distribution automated batch job processes and batch job sequencing and dependencies
- 1+ years of experience with in: Understanding of background intercompany processes for cross-company code transactions
- SAP inbound and outbound IDOC processing and integration with other systems
- SAP projects and phases of system development life cycle
