About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits of residential homes, including blower door testing, combustion safety testing, and insulation assessments

- Document findings and prepare reports using MORPC’s data systems
- Coordinate with contractors, field technicians, and inspection staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications (e.g., BPI) preferred
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
- Willingness to complete training and certification programs provided by MORPC
- Strong communication and customer service skills
