Responsibilities
Lead Fair, Thorough Investigations: Drive impartial and timely investigations into workplace concerns such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employee relations issues—ensuring every voice is heard and respected.
Deliver Clear and Actionable Outcomes: Document findings with precision, prepare comprehensive reports, and confidently recommend fair resolutions that align with legal and organizational standards.
Champion Performance Excellence: Partner with managers to navigate performance challenges, offering guidance on corrective actions, improvement plans, and disciplinary processes that foster accountability and growth.
Ensure Consistency and Compliance: Promote fair application of policies and practices across the organization, keeping everything in line with California labor laws and company standards.
Empower Leaders with Confidence: Coach and advise managers on sensitive employee matters, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead effectively.

Requirements
Bring a Strong Educational Foundation: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—an advanced degree (Master’s or JD) is a welcome plus.
Showcase Deep Expertise in Employee Relations: Bring at least 7+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, with proven success navigating the complexities of California employment law.
