About the role

  • Key Partner Executive Intern at Safe-Guard assisting with data-driven initiatives. Collaborating with teams on projects to strengthen relationships with national retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the NVR (National Vehicle Retailers) team and our OEM Teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Contribute directly to projects that inform leadership decisions and improve the team’s ability to serve national partners at scale.
  • Research competitors in the automotive F&I protection products space, analyzing offerings, pricing models, market positioning, and product differentiation.
  • Synthesize findings into a structured competitive intelligence report for use by the KPE team and leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends relevant to national vehicle retailers, OEM partnerships, and digital retailing to identify opportunities for Safe-Guard.
  • Conduct interviews or surveys with internal stakeholders to supplement research with real-world operational context.
  • Support the design and build-out of a Microsoft Copilot-powered knowledge base that gives employees across multiple departments self-serve access to Safe-Guard program information.
  • Collect, organize, and structure source materials to serve as the foundation of the knowledge base.
  • Help configure and test the Copilot integration, ensuring responses are accurate, relevant, and easy to use for employees who are not subject matter experts.
  • Document the setup process and develop a governance model for keeping the knowledge base current as programs evolve.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, and basic analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; ability to produce clean, professional deliverables.
  • Ability to work with data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to a team.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take constructive feedback and continuously improve output quality.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
