Responsibilities
Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals
Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Align regional sales strategies with company goals
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teams
Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs
Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success
Promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of the North American commercial market—bonus points for interiors industry experience
Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision
Comfortable with Microsoft applications—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Confident and compelling in front of clients, teams, and stakeholders
A background in design is a plus—you understand the aesthetic and the audience
Willing and able to travel up to 50% annually to key markets and events
