About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with Sustainment Program Managers to plan and execute delivery of engineering and ILS activities
- Support delivery of risk-based sustainment activities for Director General, Maritime Equipment Program Management
- Provide leadership and direction to Babcock Sustainment IPTs
- Support business development activities
- Manage resources allocated to sustainment projects
- Determine governance arrangements including risk planning and implementation
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with multi-discipline stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Independently deliver detailed information and participate within discussions
Requirements
- Recognized University Degree or College diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 8 plus years’ experience in successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably within the Naval or Marine sector
- Working knowledge of DGMEPM (SM) Sustainment Operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
- SM experience beneficial
