- Own and scale the referral program end-to-end, including strategy and continuous improvement.
- Support the TA Enablement Lead on tools, analytics, and strategic projects.
- Proactively surface blockers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across TA operations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations with clear ownership of projects or processes delivered end-to-end.
- Strong AI Fluency, with active, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work.
- Proven track record owning and delivering cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong process design and improvement capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across People, Legal, Rewards, and Operations.
- Clear bias for action, with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than activity.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Preferred experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS, exposure to TA analytics and reporting, and experience creating documentation, playbooks, or knowledge hubs.
