Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in community management, program management, customer marketing, advocacy, or digital engagement
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with globally distributed collaborators and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated success managing community programs that support complex product portfolios or technical user bases
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution
- Ability to analyze engagement and business performance metrics and translate insights into clear, data driven stories
- Demonstrated cross functional collaboration experience with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, or Support teams
