Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
Track and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.
Requirements
Certified SAFe 6.0.
Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
