Associate Program Manager coordinating customer-facing programs within ACI's project management methodology. Supporting delivery of programs focused on Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Risk, and Governance aspects.
Responsibilities
Organizes and coordinates customer-facing or internal programs in alignment with ACI’s project management methodology
Supports the successful delivery of programs related to Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Risk, or Governance
Assists in managing program scope to ensure deliverables align with approved charters and stakeholder expectations
Participates in program execution while monitoring progress, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Supports planning and direction of schedules, resources, and budgets/spend
Identifies, tracks, and supports resolution of program-level risks and issues (technical and non-technical)
Escalates risks and issues appropriately and supports mitigation planning
Partners with internal teams and customers to build strong, collaborative program teams
Prepares and maintains program-level dashboards, including status reports, risk dashboards, and Gantt charts
Ensures stakeholders and management are informed of program progress, risks, and key decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
4–6 years of project management experience, with some exposure to managing or supporting programs
Understanding of project and program management methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with teams across multiple disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Project and program reporting tools
PMI certification (or actively working toward certification) or approved equivalent
Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, or disaster recovery initiatives
