Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at Business Unit level
- Define governance structures, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution

- Partner with Data/BI teams to translate business needs into actionable use cases
- Facilitate prioritization and roadmap alignment across stakeholders

- Act as BU focal point for initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance and operational effectiveness, partnering with Central Teams
- Coordinate alignment and harmonization of sales incentive and performance management frameworks
- Support the design and execution of change and transformation initiatives across functions
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and smooth implementation of strategic programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Transformation roles
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations in a multi-country environment
- Exposure to data/analytics-driven initiatives is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a complex international environment
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear business language
- Strong project governance and prioritization skills
