Responsibilities
Engage with customers across all stages of their journey with Bright
Assist customers during the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle
Help customers successfully onboard onto our products
Guide customers to achieve full product adoption and maximum value
Drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with sales colleagues
Confidently discuss customer needs and potential solutions
Requirements
Experience working within a Customer Success team in a SaaS Company
Experience with Accounting/Finance/Payroll software is desirable
Learning Mindset: Willingness to expand knowledge to include additional flagship products
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercial Acumen: Strong business and commercial understanding
Presentation Skills: Ability to present effectively to customers
