Responsibilities
Support the sales team to maximize customers' use of our solutions
Provide technical support during sales engagements
Coordinate and execute onboarding for new customers
Work closely with project management
Collect regular feedback from customers
Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in sales
Experience with Windows 365, SAP, Confluence, and Jira
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to analyze information
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent German and English (additional languages advantageous)
Intercultural competence and international experience desirable
