Responsibilities
Provide ongoing operational support to platform users, ensuring routine tasks are completed, the database is organized, and assisting with the implementation of campaigns and workflows designed by technical leadership.
User Support: Resolve operational questions from sales and marketing teams (e.g., "How do I create this filter?", "Why didn't this deal move in the pipeline?").
Data Management: Import lists, manually update properties, and identify duplicate or incomplete records.
Asset Execution: Configure marketing emails, create simple landing pages and forms within the tool, following established standards.
Basic Monitoring: Verify that automations are running without errors and report anomalies to the Senior Specialist.
Documentation: Keep internal CRM user manuals up to date.
Requirements
✅ Basic knowledge of the HubSpot interface (even if acquired academically or through HubSpot Academy courses).
✅ Organized and detail-oriented (essential for handling data).
✅ Strong communication skills for internal support.
✅ Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (for preparing import spreadsheets).
✅ Willingness to learn about Inbound Marketing and Sales Ops.
