Using SAP and Microsoft Office
Responding to our Retail Stores enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to consumers
Preparing stock for return to inventory
Investigating repair options for items
Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
Preparing reports for vendor claims
Extensive liaison with various departments
Experience of working in the sporting goods industry will be highly regarded.
