Customer Service Advisor managing customer interactions and appointments within Banham's dedicated Customer Services team. Providing support with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Liaise with our customers and engineers via telephone and email effectively.
Manage high volume of calls from our customers/suppliers on a daily basis.
Manage the engineer’s diaries and book customer appointments.
Use authoritative decision-making skills to positively leave the customer satisfied.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and IT Literate.
Experience delivering fantastic customer service within an operational environment.
Effective diary management skills.
Be proactive and flexible.
Can prioritise and plan work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and understand the Banham products and services.
