About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator assisting Capital One customers with virtual support. Requires strong customer focus, internet connectivity, and virtual office setup.

Responsibilities

  • Work virtually at home and manage customer inquiries

  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
  • Exercise good judgment and independent decision making
  • Proactive time management and organizational skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry (preferred)
