Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between our creative agency and marketing team to ensure effective brand messaging
Safeguard brand identity, visual style, and tone across all touchpoints (web, social, email, offline)
Develop and manage the creative brand calendar, aligning with key trends and cultural moments
Drive consistent branding and high-impact thematic campaigns
Collaborate with the squad to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness
Measure and optimize brand performance based on campaign data
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles (finance, tech, or agency experience a plus)
Fluent in Dutch and English with strong storytelling and design skills
Skilled in using creative tools and analytics platforms
Experience in brand management, content creation, and visual storytelling
Able to work in agile, cross-functional teams
