Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercialization, product launch planning, or strategic marketing
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a matrixed environment
Experience in market analysis, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across global and affiliate functions
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field is required.
A Master Degree is preferred for candidates with a strong strategic or analytical focus
