Responsibilities
Prioritizes projects to ensure execution with excellence and focus on the most important business deliverables
Helps address issues and obstacles across teams to enable project completion
Oversees brand building and aligns recommendations with the leadership team
Oversees brand budgets to ensure spending is in line with plan
Influences Product and Channel teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
Coordinates with in-house Studio and external agencies for strategic objectives
Writes clear and concise creative briefs
Analyzes and interprets data to identify and effectively communicate key insights
Develops new ideas to bring the right Customer Experience to life
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preference in marketing or communications
6+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
Proficiency using PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
Experience creating Brand Position & Fundamentals, & Global NPD launch initiatives
Strategic Planning for category and brand-specific objectives
Brand Governance to ensure consistency and compliance for iconic brands
Collaborate on Budget Allocation for Marketing across all key brands
