Responsibilities
Define and evolve our external employer brand narrative, aligned with the broader company brand and strategy
Shape our storytelling approach and ensure consistency across all external touchpoints
Partner with executive leadership to craft and amplify their voice externally
Lead the creation of high-impact employer brand content across formats: video, written, social, long-form, presentations
Ensure excellence in tone, messaging, and visual quality
Develop flagship content initiatives that strengthen credibility in priority talent markets
Build scalable templates, messaging frameworks, and toolkits that Talent Acquisition can leverage
Set clear brand standards and guardrails for employer-facing materials
Act as the quality gatekeeper for external employer brand expression
Elevate visibility across relevant platforms and communities
Identify strategic opportunities to strengthen employer perception
Ensure alignment between corporate brand and employer brand storytelling
Requirements
8+ years of experience in employer branding, external communications
Strong narrative and strategic storytelling capabilities
Experience shaping executive voice and thought leadership
High standards for content quality and brand consistency
Ability to build scalable frameworks and enable cross-functional teams
Experience collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Talent teams and across the org for specific initiatives.
