Conduzir diagnósticos consultivos (online/presenciais) para mapear dores em gestão de pessoas, produtividade e estrutura.
Apresentar propostas objetivas com próximos passos claros, alinhadas às reais necessidades do cliente.
Negociar e tratar objeções com empatia e dados, conduzindo o processo até a decisão.
Confirmar fechamento, garantir o onboarding inicial e entregar handoff completo ao time de CS.
Manter o pipeline no Clint CRM sempre atualizado, com próxima ação datada.
Realizar forecast semanal e análise de perdas, colaborando com o time de marketing para ajustar mensagens.
Requirements
Experiência em vendas consultivas B2B e B2C, conduzindo o funil completo (prospecção → diagnóstico → proposta → fechamento).
Vivência em prospecção ativa por telefone (ligações frias) e whatsapp.
Excelente comunicação oral e escrita.
Organização para manter cadências e CRM sempre em dia.
