Business Unit Lead overseeing B2B sales for leading European freelancing platform. Position entails strategy development and C-Level networking.
Responsibilities
Shape strategy: You define and implement innovative sales strategies to position our partner as the leading platform for freelancers and consultants.
Actively leverage networks: You use your existing network and expand it strategically to achieve ambitious targets and secure strategic customers for the long term.
Persuade C‑level stakeholders: You hold peer-level conversations with decision-makers such as CTOs, CPOs, HR leads and procurement, and negotiate global contracts with tact and finesse.
Strengthen relationships: Through your presence at industry events and close collaboration with local players, you build strong customer-level networks.
Secure market access: You proactively drive RFI/RFP processes and thereby open doors to new markets and business opportunities for your customers.
Champion customer proximity: You are the voice of your customers and ensure their needs are incorporated into the development of our offerings.
Lead and develop a team: You lead and coach a committed team of three employees, providing clarity and motivation to ensure sustainable success.
Requirements
Language & communication: You speak German at a native level and have fluent English skills.
Leadership with conviction: You think like an entrepreneur, act pragmatically and lead with an inspiring style that provides direction and motivates others.
Experience in complex sales: You have more than 5 years of experience in strategic sales, including developing new business areas and leading teams.
Confident at C‑level: You have successfully sourced, negotiated and closed deals at the highest decision-making level.
Data-driven & goal-oriented: You work based on data, have clear targets and know how to use processes to achieve them.
Domain knowledge & network: Industry expertise and contacts, especially in healthcare, are a real plus.

International composure: You are comfortable working in dynamic matrix structures and international teams.
