B2C Marketing Manager leading growth for the startup ConneX app. Developing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the B2C audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (paid and organic), search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize reach and conversion.
Lead the development and execution of the ConneX app's go-to-market strategy, including localized campaigns.
Create compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for the target B2C audience.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and align marketing efforts with product features.
Identify and target key user segments and develop tailored marketing funnels to drive user sign-ups and downloads.
Implement strategies to increase user engagement and reduce churn.
Develop and manage ASO to improve app visibility and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Establish and grow the ConneX brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage community engagement and influencer marketing to build a strong, loyal user base.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing consumer products.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad managers, marketing automation software).
Prior experience in marketing for a mobile app, including ASO, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. content generators, image editors, data analysis platforms) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
A start-up mentality, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
