Responsibilities
Provide field level support to physicians and other clinical and administrative professionals
Work closely with assigned Territory Managers and travel extensively to provide in-servicing support, product demonstrations, and case support
Help drive sales revenue to exceed division targets
Define and develop new business opportunities that reflect the company’s goals
Conduct business with integrity and in accordance with Bard’s Code of Ethics
Build and maintain sustainable business relationships within accounts
Coordinate with field sales on customer evaluations
Complete required administrative duties on time and with appropriate detail
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
0 to 2 years of general sales experience
Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
Strong capacity to adapt quickly to a changing environment
Strong information gathering ability, analysis, problem solving and independent thinking skills
Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company
