Account Manager managing B2B SaaS clients in APAC region. Driving growth and enhancing partner relationships in the Australian market.
Responsibilities
Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and maximize value for our clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and requests, minimizing churn and downsell.
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships, introducing new and premium products tailored to client needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to increase portfolio value, improve conversions, reduce churn, and enhance the partner experience.
Use our passive account management (PAM) tools and your market awareness to prospect and forecast selling opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless buying and deployment process, and create a positive customer journey that mitigates contraction or cancellation.
Requirements
Proven Account Manager experience in B2B SaaS and confident in consultative sales, with the ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining empathy.
Skilled at managing diverse portfolios and tailoring your approach to each client’s priorities.
Strong active listening and relationship-building skills, building trust with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Comfortable presenting to groups, with solid public speaking skills and the ability to engage audiences with clarity and impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication, business acumen, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Capable of delivering impactful product demonstrations and providing insights to help clients compete more effectively.
