Responsibilities
Drive sales of STANLEY Engineered Fastening products within a specific geographic area
Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored Stanley solutions
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products to effectively communicate features & benefits
Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service
Requirements
BS in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in business development or application engineering within the Fastener, Tool or Industrial Supply industry
Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Affinity with technical products
Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com, and other sales tools
Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the week to visit customers and prospects
