Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives within the Local Healthcare Market (LHM)
  • Own the total market, developing and executing strategy to identify patient opportunity
  • Drive demand and remove fulfillment barriers
  • Ensure alignment with internal field partners
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and influencing key stakeholders
  • Collaborate within LHM to gain formulary status as necessary for key health systems and centers of excellence
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to assess business opportunities and priorities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS
  • Minimum of five (5) years of field sales experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Three (3) or more years involve specialty sales and/or key account management
  • High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and leadership
  • Ability to sell collaboratively
  • Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
