Responsibilities
Convert inbound inquiries (phone, chat, and email) into new sales
Conduct discovery calls and use consultative or gap-selling approaches to recommend solutions
Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing for monthly and long-term plans
Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records (ActiveCampaign) and report on sales activity
Collaborate with support, operations, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Formal sales training and experience with consultative or gap selling
Technical aptitude (understanding server, computer hardware, RAM, CPUs, and motherboards)
Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to help clients find solutions that fit
Previous experience in a B2B or technical sales environment preferred
