Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers in the SMB segment within the healthcare vertical
Own and manage the entire sales process for the SMB segment
Qualify and handle inbound leads
Execute outbound prospecting activities to acquire customers in the SMB healthcare sector
Conduct consultative conversations and product presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements
Completed vocational training in business or a comparable degree
1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the SMB segment
Proven track record in independent new business acquisition, particularly through outbound activities
Experience selling software solutions to medical practices or within the healthcare sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Analytical thinking skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using CRM systems
Data-driven approach to prioritization in a dynamic environment
