Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
Background recruiting within tech companies (engineering, product, data, commercial, or similar)
Comfortable working in a paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding
Strong stakeholder management skills, confident, pragmatic, and collaborative
Someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and just get on with it
