Assist with monitoring and managing timesheets and the hours bank (banked hours).
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, handling required documentation.
Assist in organizing online files and departmental documents.
Assist in updating control spreadsheets.
Support recruitment and selection activities, including scheduling interviews.
Availability for a hybrid work format (on-site at the company and remote).
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR/Personnel routines is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
