Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned shipments from quote through delivery
Proactively book, coordinate carriers, solve problems, and communicate with clients
Ensure all shipments are executed on time and within budget
Collaborate with multiple sales representatives and team members daily to cover loads
Become an expert in using proprietary technology to fulfill client requests
Ensure accurate and timely billing, documentation, and provide proactive updates to clients
Maintain regular communication with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or freight brokerage
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle unexpected issues and find quick solutions
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Customer service-oriented with professional communication style
Team player willing to collaborate and provide backup coverage for colleagues
